A strategic business leader, Ami leads the general management and strategy for the ICP division of Ethical Power. Ami has over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, primarily in power generation and transmission, in the UK and internationally. He has previously worked for FTSE250 organisations such as SSE plc and Balfour Beatty plc.

Ami is a Fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology, a Non-Executive Director at Zero Waste Scotland, Board member at two non-profit organisations (Lintel Trust, Streetfit Scotland), Council member at The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), mentor at The Migrant Leaders and Aberdeen Young Professionals (AYP) and an Executive Board Member of Association for Black and Ethnic Engineers (AFBE).

Outside work Ami enjoys playing and watching cricket, and spending time with his young family.

Vish Hiremathad

Technical Director

Vish, oversees strategies and operational aspects of engineering, designs, construction and technical side of business development whilst ensuring that all projects are running smoothly. Vish has more than two decades of experience in the generation, transmission & distribution of energy across all corners of the globe and an Executive MBA in Leadership and Management from Worcester University.

He played key roles in design and construction of powerplants, AIS and GIS substations up to 765 kV, Grid connections of Wind, Solar, Fossil Fuels, Nuclear generation sites and BESS facilities in many countries. He has led many large and complex projects like Middle East Transmission Expansion, HVDC Interconnections in India, GW scale windfarm proposals in UK.

Outside of work, Vish enjoys spending time with his children and cooking up feasts of savoury Indian snacks.

Dan Evans

Finance Director

A qualified accountant (ACCA), Dan leads the strategic and operational financial management of the business.

With over 15 years in senior finance leadership roles, Dan has built businesses the energy, consumer retail, automotive and technology sectors. He has led three business to successful exits and has a broad range of transactional experience on the buy side and sell side.

Outside of work Dan likes to be outdoors, enjoying mountain biking, surfing and touring in his camper van.
