Ethical Power Connections helped it’s parent company Ethical Power with the Technical Due diligence during the acquisition and onward sale of Branston Solar Park. They were subsequently awarded the Contestable Works, Customer Main Substation and Power Transformer scope of works by the client.
Our highly skilled in-house design and engineering team have been working on the detailed design since springtime and are close to achieving full design approval from Western Power Distribution.
We began civil construction with our in house civil construction team at the beginning of July, this included a tricky Aviation fuel pipeline crossing which required permitting from the pipeline owners asset manager not an easy task.
Electrical works will begin in earnest at the end of September with commissioning commencing in Dec/Jan
Works are due to be completed and the project energised by the end of March 2020.
