Spencer has been at the forefront of the solar industry for over 30 years. Amongst his many contributions to the global renewable energy space, is spearheading the development of a next generation thin film a-Si manufacturing facility in the UK and a CIGS module manufacturing facility in India, and obtaining the first patent of an a-Si solar power roof tile. He is regularly consulted by investors, equipment manufacturers and technical consultants on various matters.

At board level, he will contribute to the strategy for further global expansion, ensuring smooth integration and continued development of new entities within the Group.
