Solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for Aotearoa.

We first entered the New Zealand market in 2021 through a joint venture between Ethical Power, Hive Energy and Solar South-West, called HES Aotearoa (HESA). Through this partnership, we developed 9 utility-scale solar photovoltaic systems. These have been successfully sold on to leading utility partner in New Zealand in 2023.

Ethical Power New Zealand is the primary engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the delivery of the 9 solar parks and has an additional pipeline of projects in development.

Leveraging on the 13 years of international experience in the solar industry and the support of all Ethical Power Group companies, we are quickly becoming the leading solar EPC company in New Zealand.

With our global procurement capacity and expertise, we supply the best components and the most cost-effective solutions. Our expert project teams deliver the highest quality assets every time, safely and to timescales.
