Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer, Ana completes the designs of the photovoltaics projects for our EPC and consultancy work. In addition to that, she also verifies the performance on those designs, as stated by the client and ensure projects align to the ground conditions and comply with stated parameters.

Jack Bishop

Commercial Director

Jack joined Ethical Power in August 2022, bringing the knowledge and experience from working for major critical infrastructure construction companies and helping us apply it to our projects. As Operations Director, Jack is responsible for strategic improvements to our operations, ensuring we continue to raise standards, always aiming for excellence in our delivery.

Simona Scanu

Head of Operations

Simona first joined us as Senior Contracts Manager. Her transformative approach has helped us make a step change in how we collaborate with clients and partners, as well as how we effectively manage our scope of work. As Head of Operations, Simona oversees efficient workflows to propel us towards achieving our strategic goals.

Oliver Fernandes

Head of Quality and Compliance

Oliver ensures our sites are completed to the highest specification, inspected and certified for handover to the O&M teams. He is the person completing our Performance Acceptance Certification procedures and cooperating with clients to meet all their requirements at each stage of the acceptance process.

Robert Thomas

SHEQ Director
SHEQ

Rob joined in May 2023 and holds the position of SHEQ director, overseeing the team of SHEQ managers and advisors providing support to all UK projects. Rob has previously provided SHEQ consultancy on Solar PV through his own company Soteria Griffin and was formerly Regional SHEQ manager in the South for Suez waste and recycling. Rob is passionate about driving a positive safety culture and specialises in behavioural safety.

Lucia joined us back in January 2024 as our SHEQ Manager for our Spanish team. Lucia has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in quality, health and safety, environment, and compliance across multiple industries including renewables.

Alejandro, our mechanical engineer, holds the position of Site Engineer in Spain. With solid experience in project management and supervision, he has a decisive and practical approach to work, which allows him to address and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Driven by his passion for renewable energy, he always aims to optimise resources and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

Bridget Connell

Bridget has several years of experience leading construction teams to deliver large-scale solar projects and providing bespoke O&M solutions for clients.

Bridget oversees the operational requirements of Ethical Power, ensuring a collaborative approach to Contractor Management and Engagement, and a strong emphasis on HSE and Compliance across our projects to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
