Ethical Power Spain published the plans to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 certification in February 2023 and managed to successfully execute them and achieve the certification in just 8 months (read the article in this link).
ISO 9001:2015 is the latest international standard for quality management systems and superseded the 2008 version in 2015. Without a 2015 certificate, a company is not able to claim that they are certified in quality management systems under ISO.
The new standard encompasses all of Ethical Power Spain´s operating procedures and demonstrates the company’s competence in quality, communication and management.
More importantly, attainment of the new standard assures customers that Ethical Power Spain has systems that are not just documented, but shared and followed throughout the business.
Ethical Power Spain´s QHSE department led the drive to certification throughout the 8 months. Managing the project across all departments at Ethical Power Spain, QHSE Director, Francisco Dominguez, said:
“This was a major exercise for Ethical Power Spain. We came through with flying colours and with an outstanding performance demonstrated to the external auditor, which is an incredible accolade for the business and the QHSE team.”
Ethical Power Spain Managing Director, David Martínez, added:
“The ISO quality standard looks beyond documented management systems, ensuring that quality is embedded within a business. It is about demonstrating leadership and improved customer satisfaction in all that we do.
