As we power into the new year, Ethical Power is kicking off 2026 with a Safer Start mindset. Our teams are returning to site focused, refreshed, and committed to the safety culture that defines who we are.
These sessions bring all site operatives together with the Site Manager and SHEQ Advisor to reset and reaffirm expectations and have open, practical conversations around:
- Reporting the good and the bad through our easy-to-use reporting app
- Personal accountability for safety
- Winter working risks
- Drugs and alcohol awareness
These conversations are helped along thanks to our Energised with Safety booklets, which give everyone on our sites a go-to guide on how to work smarter, look out for each other, and uphold the values that keep our people safe and our projects strong.
Thanks to all the team out there in the cold, making safe choices and helping build our renewable energy infrastructure!We also take the time to review the Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), with an extra focus on any changes in site conditions and working environments that may have occurred over winter.
